National Premium Gas Engine Oil 40
Low ash stationary gas engine oil
DIN 51506 VDL
- National gas engine oil is specially developed for all stationary gas engines including the following specifications series-
1. CATERPILLAR 3600 & 3500 SERIES ENGINE
2. Waukesha 7044/7042.
Features
- National stationary Gas Engine Oil (Premium) SAE 40 is suitable for use in-
- Highly rated turbocharged stationary natural gas engines.
- Gas engines such as those manufactured by Caterpillar, Waukesha.
- Formulated with thermally stable, high VI base oils are naturally resistant to oxidation.Excellent oil oxidation life.
- Robust engine component wear protection.
- Outstanding level of deposit control for low-ash oils while also effectively neutralizing the correive byproducts of consumption. Special valve cushioning additive components help reduce exhaust valve seat and face wear during service. The low-ash, low-phosphorus composition meets Non-Selective Catalytic reduction(NSCR) catalyst compatibility requirements.
Advantages and Potential Benefits
- Modern low -ash additive systems reduce damaging carbon deposit formation, prolongs the life of spark plugs and reduces valve wear and ensures optimum engine performance and power output.
- Excellent oxidation and nitration resistance protects against thickening and helps the oil stay in grade for longer, thus extending oil drain intervals and filter life.
- Reduced coking protects against the formation of piston underground deposits.
- Good corrosion resistance against the formation of piston underground deposits.
- Excellent lubricant and anti war properties project against engine wea and liner scruffing.
- Low phosphorus formation ensures catalyst compatibility.
- Extended oil life reduces maintenance costs.
